Experimental evidence shows a detection limit of 0.1 pg/mL in a bioassay, suggesting broad applicability for various analytes.
We present both experimental data and theoretical analysis of a bioassay platform that uses the microlaser ensemble quenching method to probe the distribution of the analytes among the microlasers. A detection limit of 0.1 pg/mL and 6 orders of magnitude dynamic range are achieved.
