The objective of the following research was to perform a feasibility analysis of pitahaya production in the Mixteca Poblana Region, in the municipality of Tepexi de Rodríguez, Puebla. The technique of producer panels was used, where 20 participated, during the months of May to June 2023, with the results obtained, the main economic indicators such as TIR, NAV, C/B were estimated. The plantation is less than 6 years old. The cultivation of pitahaya is profitable, a NPV of $ 302, 361.58 greater than zero, an IRR of 28.29%, and a B / C ratio is equal to 1.35 which indicates that, for each peso invested, the profit is $ 0.35 pesos. The producer must identify a buyer, since one of its limitations is the lack of customers who ensure the purchase before each harvest or during the harvest.
