Simulation reveals improved accuracy in shock absorber design for autonomous vehicles, suggesting efficient parameter matching.
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of empirical design of hydraulic shock absorber and large error of multi-valve coupling modeling, an intelligent simulation system of shock absorber external characteristics based on generative physical model is proposed. Combining the valve plate stiffness theory, the fluid throttling segmentation model and the dynamic coupling mechanism of the valve system, a lightweight parametric simulation framework is constructed on the Matlab platform to realize the automatic generation of structural parameters to the damping curve. The verification shows that the simulation and experimental damping force error is less than 4 %, and the accuracy is significantly better than the traditional model. The system provides a core engine for the intelligent optimization algorithm of shock absorbers, supporting robust control of autonomous vehicle suspensions and efficient parameter matching in intelligent manufacturing.
