The above article, published online on 08 November 2017 in Wiley Online Library ( wileyonlinelibrary.com ), has been retracted by agreement between the authors; the journal Editor‐in‐Chief, Osamu Ukimura; the Japanese Urological Association; and John Wiley & Sons Australia, Ltd. The retraction has been agreed upon due to duplication of elements within Figure 1c, as well as between Figures 1c and 1d.
