Analysis reveals significant interindividual variability of immune parameters in healthy males, suggesting implications for understanding immune responses.
The paper reports the results of studying the interindividual and intraindividual distribution of main lymphocyte populations in peripheral blood of essentially healthy males on the normal work-rest schedule. The investigations pointed to a high interpersonal variability of the peripheral blood cell factors of both the innate and adaptive immunity, including lymphocytes – natural killers (ЕК, CD3-CD16+CD56+), В-lymphocytes (CD3-CD19+), helper Т-lymphocytes (Th, CD3+CD4+), and cytotoxic Т-lymphocytes (CTL, CD3+CD8+). It was shown that interindividual variability of the immunological parameters is greater than the intraindividual one.
