Automatic evaluation system improves vehicle handling stability in intelligent transportation systems, suggesting enhanced decision-making capabilities.
In order to meet the urgent needs of intelligent transportation system for real-time evaluation of chassis performance, this paper proposes an automatic evaluation system of vehicle handling stability based on intelligent algorithm, which aims to solve the bottleneck of low efficiency and poor consistency of traditional manual evaluation. The core of the system lies in the multi-modal intelligent signal processing engine: for the angular pulse condition, an adaptive frequency domain feature extraction algorithm (such as automatic Fourier transform, intelligent identification of resonance frequency) is designed; A dynamic window extreme value recognition and fuzzy weight scoring engine is constructed for snake-like conditions. Through the deep integration of ADAMS simulation platform and IDEA decision-making layer, a closed-loop intelligent evaluation framework of ' perception-analysis-decision-control ' is established to realize the unmanned and intelligent evaluation of the whole process of QC / T 480-1999 national standard. The test shows that the comprehensive score of the system is 97.91 in the angular pulse condition and 91.31 in the serpentine condition, and the single evaluation efficiency is increased by more than 90 %. It provides a closed-loop intelligent tool for real-time monitoring, automatic decision-making and active optimization for the development of intelligent chassis.
