The analysis reveals climate change threatens SDG 1, SDG 2, and SDG 3, highlighting urgent action needed.
The paper presents the impacts of climate change and the links with other sustainable development goals that are most affected by them (SDG 1 - a world without hunger, SDG 2 - a world without poverty, SDG 3 - good health, SDG 12 - sustainable consumption and production, SDG 15 - life on land). The key problems that led to the inclusion of this phenomenon as a special goal in the Agenda 2030, as well as the parts of the world where it is most pronounced and the differences in its potential impact on the developed and underdeveloped parts of the world, have been identified. The consequences of climate change, which relate primarily to financial expenditures and the domains in which they were recorded, were analyzed. From the document Serbia and Agenda 2030, the part related to the sustainable development goal 13 (Climate Action) was separated and analyzed, the key documents that were brought following it and the adaptation to the policy of the European Union were listed. Finally, some solutions were proposed, which could be implemented at the local level in order to improve the microclimatic conditions and fulfill this goal.
