Analysis reveals how carbon-fluorine additives influence the structural state and dislocation substructure in coatings, indicating structural integrity.
The role of a carbon-fluorine-containing additive in a flux based on silica manganese slag in the formation of the structural and phase state, dislocation substructure and fracture surface of the coating obtained by electric arc welding using Sv-08GA wire is analyzed. Quantitative estimates of the relative contents of ferrite and perlite, scalar and excess density of dislocations have been performed.
