Analysis reveals three key obstacles impacting digital transformation in enterprises, suggesting structured paths for progress.
With the gradual popularization of big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) products in society, their impact on various industries has also increased. The main line of enterprise management has changed from empirical decision-making to data decision-making, from more subjective in the past and easy to ignore the multi-variable characteristics of the market to more dependent on data accuracy, more accurate and rational data decision-making, so as to time data. There are still some cognitive gaps in the reasons and paths of its transformation. Therefore, this paper will focus on the digital process of enterprise business management and combine with other relevant literature to discuss the three obstacles that hinder the transformation, namely cognitive obstacles, process obstacles and human obstacles, and output the basic path of digital transformation of enterprise management in a structured way. Specifically, it includes lightweight tools, making it easier for the company to start the first step of transformation, process slicing, restructuring the key links of transformation, organizing actual combat, and ensuring the implementation of transformation. Finally, based on the previous analysis, this study will take a long-term view of the or uncontrollable risks brought about by digital transformation. It aims to fill the theoretical gap faced by the digital transformation of enterprise management from empirical decision-making to data decision-making.
