In the digital era, digital transformation can be regarded as a "reconstruction of the underlying architecture" of an enterprise's management system. With the increasing maturity of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, traditional product and service models have struggled to form effective competitiveness. As a result, digital transformation has evolved from an "optional choice" to a "mandatory requirement" critical to the survival of enterprises. In the process of transformation, enterprises are faced with challenges not only at the technical level, but also in the overall upgrading of skill structure and organizational capability from the management level to each business department. This paper systematically analyzes the common problems in the digital transformation of enterprises, puts forward corresponding solutions, and discusses the internal mechanism of digital transformation to promote the long-term development of enterprises.
