Abstract

In October–December 2019, a trial excavation was conducted in the eastern part of Kafr Bara (Permit No. A-8596; map ref. 198009/671131; Fig. 1), prior to the expansion of the village. The excavation, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by the Ministry of Construction and Housing , was directed by A.S. Tendler and E.C.M. van den Brink, with the assistance of N.
