Analysis reveals the improvement of management development in organizational systems, indicating holistic integration and systematization.
The article provides an analysis of the problem of management development against the background of the transition from a tectocentric to a holistic paradigm of organizational systems development. The increasing role of the process approach to management development is shown, taking into account new aspects of its application. The proposals on systematization and classification of processes in the life cycle of organizational systems are substantiated with the presentation of complete groups of target functional processes and the processes of system engineering that ensure their implementation. It is shown that it is advisable to base the presentation of a complete group of target functional processes on processes reflecting the interaction between the elements of the management system (management bodies, control centers and management tools).
