Application of BIM improves design efficiency and construction quality in architectural projects, suggesting potential for green building practices.
As construction projects grow increasingly complex and large-scale, traditional 2D design methods are no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of modern architectural design. To address this issue, a method is proposed to enhance design efficiency, construction quality, and project outcomes by analyzing the practical application of BIM in Hohhot Production Scheduling and Command Center project. The application of BIM technology in this project demonstrates its effectiveness in improving design quality and efficiency, while also highlighting its potential in promoting green building, energy conservation, and environmental protection. By leveraging BIM's energy simulation, material optimization, and sustainable design analysis capabilities, this approach has significantly reduced energy consumption and material waste, thereby minimizing environmental impact throughout the construction lifecycle. The successful application of BIM technology in Hohhot Production Scheduling and Command Center project demonstrates the effectiveness of the method and provides insights and references for the technology's future industry application.
