This stage differs from the previous one in that the investment environment provided great opportunities while imposing serious challenges.The methodology adopted in the research is a systematic approach. The research reached several results, including that political behavior in Iraq had a negative impact on domestic and foreign investment, the lack of an appropriate internal environment for these investments, and Iraq’s inability to compete in attracting these investments regionally and internationally.
