ABSTRACT The use of modern technology to achieve effective teaching is very necessary in the development of education in Kosovo. This study aims to investigate teachers' attitudes regarding the use of modern technologies in effective teaching. Technologies are considered to be the main factor in the development of the learning process. During the research, we analyzed the current findings, challenges, risks, and benefits that may appear to us from the use of contemporary technologies. To get the results from the research, we conducted a semi-structured interview with 10 primary education teachers in Kosovo. The results of the research are comparable to the reviewed literature, based on which we have argued our findings.
