This paper presents a logistics sorting robot utilizing OpenMV for visual recognition, enhancing sorting efficiency significantly.
With the rapid development of science and technology, logistics sorting robots are used in various fields, robots instead of manpower to complete the sorting work, on the one hand, to ensure that the integrity of the items are not damaged, on the other hand, can also improve the sorting efficiency. In this paper, an automatic logistics sorting robot based on STM32 controller is designed, which adopts OpenMV visual recognition module to recognize the image of objects, and processes the image information through the code to realize the functions of image tracking and automatic grasping. After continuous debugging and optimization of the algorithm, to reduce the invalid data to ensure that the cart can accurately complete the task. The robot in the above several modules under the synergistic effect, can realize the goods safely, quickly and accurately identify the grasping and sorting, compared with the traditional manual sorting, the robot so that the sorting efficiency has been significantly improved, greatly reducing the cost of labor and the coefficient of risk, in the realization of unmanned management of warehousing and logistics has a broad space for development and prospects for application.
