Salvage excavation reveals findings at the Mazor site in El‘ad, indicating significant archaeological importance.
In October 2021, a salvage excavation was conducted in the Mazor designated antiquity site in El‘ad (Permit No. A-9119; map ref. 195070–216/661526–717), prior to housing construction. The excavation, on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by the Arim company, was directed by N. Shachar, with the assistance of Y. Amrani and Z. Lotan (administration), I.
