It highlights transparency, inclusivity, and adaptability as pillars of long-term sustainability, while stressing the role of digital platforms and hybrid online–offline approaches in expanding reach. Evaluation frameworks and feedback loops are emphasized as tools for continuous learning and legitimacy.
