Observational analysis indicates meditation improves mental health by modulating neurotransmitter activity.
BACKGROUND Organic chemistry and biological applications of the newly synthesized organic molecules OBJECTIVE To identify the effects of neurotransmitter and the effects of chemical imbalance in human brain METHODS Literature study, Experimental and analysis RESULTS The effects of the chemical imbalance are highly responsible for many neurotransmitter disease. CONCLUSIONS In conclusion, meditation emerges as a valuable tool for mitigating the adverse effects of stress and promoting mental resilience. Despite the complexity of its mechanisms, research suggests that meditation exerts profound effects on physiological systems, particularly through modulation of the endocrine system. By reducing cortisol levels, increasing cerebral blood flow, and promoting neural plasticity, meditation offers tangible benefits for stress management and mental well-being. However, further research is needed to elucidate the specific mechanisms underlying its therapeutic effects and to optimize its application in diverse populations. Understanding the molecular-level impacts of meditation can pave the way for more targeted interventions and personalized approaches to mental health care.
