The study reveals automation improves quality assessment in water transport education, suggesting better feedback mechanisms.
Improving the quality of educational services in the water transport sector is inextricably linked to its monitoring process, which includes organizing and obtaining feedback from service consumers, often conducted through survey research. To enhance the effectiveness of the industry university, the development and automation of a comprehensive survey system is relevant. Its use will allow: reducing the time for creating surveys and processing survey results, ensuring electronic storage of surveys and results, and providing accessibility of survey results to all university service consumer groups, which is an important element of providing high-quality and in-demand (competitive) educational services for the development of the water transport industry. When implementing the survey system, it is important to consider a number of industry-specific features: the specifics of industry education, parameters for assessing the quality of educational services, and groups of consumers of these services.
