The subject of the study is the process of assessing the quality of education. The purpose of the work is to study the problems and features of the process of evaluating educational services. The objective of the research is to develop a system for assessing the quality of educational services provided. The novelty of the research is that the assessment of educational potential is formed as an integral quality assessment, which includes a variety of educational services, the experience and knowledge of the teaching staff, the quality of the material and technical base, the available classroom fund and the quality of educational and methodological support. Conclusions: to objectively assess the quality of education, it is necessary to take into account the opportunities provided for the learning process, the availability of qualified personnel capable of training specialists, and also make predictive assessments for the further development of the level of education.
