This article examines the processes, strategies, and emerging technologies that underpin successful technology integration in non-profit organizations. Drawing on organizational management and technology adoption frameworks, it analyzes how digital tools—including data management systems, analytics platforms, AI, blockchain, and IoT—enhance transparency, accountability, and service delivery. Emphasis is placed on aligning technology with organizational missions, assessing technological needs, and fostering staff and volunteer engagement. Case studies illustrate practical applications and challenges, providing a roadmap for leaders and practitioners navigating digital transformation. Findings demonstrate that strategic technology adoption improves operational outcomes while enabling adaptive responses to evolving sectoral demands.
