Analysis evaluates organizational and technological reliability in construction using random samples, highlighting documentation issues.
The article considers an approach to assessing the organizational and technological reliability of the construction process based on the analysis of samples of a random indicator used to model con-struction production (productivity of construction machines and construction workers and/or labor and machine time costs per unit amount of work). At the same time, long-term research by the authors has shown that it often becomes impossible to form statistical samples based on data from construction organizations as a result of the absence or improper maintenance of construction performance documentation, where production indicators should be recorded in shifts — the actual volumes and time of work performed, the number of resources involved, etc. In this regard, within the framework of this study, the possibilities of using methods for generating random number samples and testing their application within the framework of the considered approach to assessing the level of organizational and technological reliability of construction production and design with a given level of reliability are considered
