Case report details successful management of elastofibroma dorsi with single-stage surgical resection, highlighting MRI's role.
Elastofibroma dorsi is a rare, benign tumor commonly found at the inferior angle of the scapula in older women. Symptoms include pain and crepitus during shoulder movement.
