This research uncovers the magnetohydrodynamic processes driving microwave radiation in radial magnetized plasmas, highlighting key influences on radiation frequency.
This article establishes a physical model for the interaction between surface ion beams and radial magnetized plasmas, and provides the magnetohydrodynamic equation for the generation of microwave radiation by ion beam excited plasmas. The dispersion relationship of plasma microwave radiation was derived through field matching method. The results indicate that with the increase of radial magnetic field, plasma initial density, ion beam initial velocity, and initial ion density, the radiation frequency and bandwidth significantly increase. However, the radial magnetic field has a relatively small effect on the microwave radiation frequency and bandwidth of plasma, which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent high-power ion beam excited plasma microwave radiation experiments.
