Genome assembly reveals 75.82% scaffolded into chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X chromosome.
<ns3:p>We present a genome assembly of <ns3:italic>Thelazia callipaeda</ns3:italic> (nematode; Nematoda; Chromadorea; Rhabditida; Thelaziidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 117.59 megabases. Most of the assembly (75.82%) is scaffolded into 4 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has been assembled, with a length of 13.66 kilobases.</ns3:p>
