Genome assembly identifies chromosomal structures in nematode Ostertagia ostertagi, implying insights into its biology.
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual nematode <ns3:italic>Ostertagia ostertagi</ns3:italic> (Rhabditida, Trichostrongylidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 407.17 megabases. Most of the assembly sequence (99.3%) was assigned to 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 14.49 kilobases. </ns3:p>
