Compared studied of the structure and the properties of the EP648 and VZh159 heat resistant alloys made by the selective laser melting (SLM) method after aging, and 500-hours of simulated annealing at 900 °C temperature have been carried out. The unbalance calculation of EP648 and VZh159 alloys was performed. It is shown that a decrease in strength characteristics, an increase in ductility, and a decrease in time to destruction of the EP648 alloy after simulated annealing is associated with a decrease in the volume fraction of σ-phase particles due to the release of α-Cr particles. It is established that the mechanical properties of the synthesized VZh159 alloy after simulated annealing considerably exceed the ones of the EP648 alloy because of better alloying balance.
