Substantive Aspects of the Consolidated Act Regulating Information and Analytical Support for the Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article examines the issue of systemic regulation of information and analytical support for the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, substantiates the need to abandon the trend of quantitative increase in normative legal acts on this issue, which inevitably leads to duplication of normative material, the emergence of contradictions and gaps in regulatory regulation. The necessity of adopting a consolidated codified act on information and analytical support for the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is considered, the need for definition is justified, and the consolidation of the legal structure "information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia" is proposed
