The features of the new system include file upload and download functionalities, file sharing, folder creation, deletion, renaming, and viewing. The system evaluation focused on efficiency, usability, and reliability based on a survey conducted among office staff. The implementation results showcase improved workflow and document organization within the notary office, increasing efficiency and client satisfaction.
