Postinfective left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is extremely rare, and very few case reports are available in the literature. Ventricular pseudoaneurysm secondary to staphylococcal infection is usually managed through surgical intervention. We are presenting here a rare case of post-varicella disseminated Staphylococcus aureus infection with ventricular pseudoaneurysm and constrictive pericarditis, which was managed successfully through surgical intervention.
