Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) requires consistent medication adherence to Imatinib (IM) for optimal outcomes, however, adherence to oral chemotherapy is challenging. This observational study explores the relationship between patient knowledge, motivation, and adherence to IM therapy, and their collective impact on clinical outcomes. A prospective, observational study was conducted with 101 CML patients. The 6-Item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-6) was used to assess adherence, motivation, and knowledge levels.
