The purpose of the study is to identify typical risks of an industrial enterprise at the stages of the product life cycle. The risk management process at industrial enterprises was chosen as the object of the study. The subject of the study is risks and factors aff ecting the likelihood of their occurrence. The article discusses the main stages and elements of the risk management process at an industrial enterprise. By the method of analytical research and synthesis, the relationship between the main stages and elements of the risk management process of a manufacturing enterprise has been established. The main elements of the risk management process are defi ned. A context diagram has been compiled in IDEF0 notation. The passport of the risk management process is presented, which includes a description of such elements of the risk management process as: planned process goals; inputs and outputs; process manager; responsible executors and participants in the process; main process resources; monitoring method; observed parameters during process monitoring; measurement method; process indicator measured for process management; records when process monitoring; responsible for recording and evaluating the eff ectiveness of the process. Based on the analysis, the objectives of such stages of the product life cycle of a manufacturing enterprise are formulated as: analysis and conclusion of contracts; design and development; logistics; production preparation; production; product control and testing; packaging and storage. The risks and factors aff ecting the probability of their occurrence for each of the analyzed stages are determined.
