The high prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases requires improved approaches to increase the efficiency of primary health care in terms of medical examinations and preventive medical examinations. The purpose of this study is to analyze modern domestic legislation regarding the implementation of preventive measures (preventive examinations, clinical examination of the population, etc.) for the prevention of non-communicable diseases. Materials and methods. Scientific publications and regulatory documents of the Federal and regional levels were used. Methods of bibliographic, comparative analysis, study and generalization of experience were used. Results. The analysis identified some problems in the communication interaction of medical organizations in the provision of primary health care and other non-departmental institutions, as well as in the development of legal regulation in parallel with the introduction of new technologies in the prevention of chronic NCDs. Conclusions. Thus, in the future, it seems objectively justified to improve the organizational and management model and integrate a set of regulatory legal documents into a unified system for regulating the prevention of chronic non-diseases; it is also necessary to change the mentality of society in relation to health as the highest human value, and accepted and accepted documents should be compared to eliminate possible duplication.
