Program of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of professional adaptation of young teachers to general education institution

The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young teachers in modern educational institutions. The key challenges faced by novice teachers are described, such as lack of pedagogical experience, difficulty in establishing contact with students and colleagues, as well as the risk of emotional burnout. To solve these problems, a special program of professional adaptation of young teachers, who have recently graduated from university and are starting their professional activity in general educational institutions, which includes training courses and interaction with experienced teachers. The article presents the results of an online questionnaire conducted among 38 participants of the program, confirming its effectiveness in supporting the professional development of young professionals. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of integrating such programs aimed at creating conditions for successful development of teachers at an early stage of career path.
