The demand for task-specific synthetic response generation systems has increased substantially due to the need for more contextually accurate and relevant outputs across various domains. Traditional approaches have often struggled to provide responses that integrate domain-specific knowledge or entities, resulting in outputs that are either too generic or lack the necessary precision required for specialized tasks. A novel approach introduced in this research enhances response generation by integrating Named Entity Recognition (NER) with entity-centric augmentation to address the limitations of traditional methods. The model, fine-tuned through the proposed augmentation techniques, demonstrated significant improvements in key metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, and entity coverage scores, confirming its ability to generate more fluent, accurate, and context-aware responses. The evaluation highlighted the success of the methodology in handling complex queries, improving response diversity, and maintaining computational efficiency. By introducing a systematic framework for integrating named entities into the response generation pipeline, the findings contribute to the advancement of task-specific language models, particularly for applications requiring high precision in response generation.
