This cross-sectional study sought to assess indicators of stress, anxiety and depression in a sample of 100 participants with comorbidities who were affected by Covid-19 during the pandemic. The Sociodemographic Data Sheet and the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) were used. The participants were aged between 19 and 80 years old, the majority being female, married and without paid work. Regarding comorbidities, arterial hypertension and advanced age stood out. Regarding the scores on the instrument, the data suggest that the participants have mild symptoms, which do not indicate the presence of the conditions investigated. It was found that women have higher levels than men, with regard to anxiety symptoms. Although the sample showed low rates of depression, anxiety and stress indicators, it is extremely necessary for the population affected by the coronavirus to carry out periodic follow-ups, aiming at health promotion.
