The article examines the features of the legal regulation of employees’ work in organizations implementing certain state powers, in particular, state corporations. It is noted that employers of such organizations have the right to adopt local regulatory acts, including those establishing restrictions, prohibitions, and additional obligations for employees, which are practically implemented in all such organizations. Based on the analysis of relevant local acts, it is concluded that the requirements imposed on employees of such organizations, their restrictions and prohibitions, as a rule, are no softer than similar requirements, restrictions and prohibitions characteristic of civil servants, and in some cases, they seem even stricter. It is claimed that administrative and legal regulation of work in organizations included in the systems of state corporations, other non-profit structures endowed with public authority, becomes an attribute of public administration.
