Legal Forms of Investing in the Digital Economy

The article reviews legal forms of investing in the digital economy. The author finds out that the primary instrument of circulation of investments in the virtual space is the contractual legal form that can ensure interaction between all participants of the virtual investment market. A conclusion is reached that an investment platform operator is the main subject of regulation on the market of investments in the digital sphere, thus, these are service agreements on investing with the use of investment platforms that play the key role rather than an investment agreement, which is more of a technical nature.
