In this paper, we study how the dynamics of fine-grained entropy of Hawking radiation of Reissner-Nordstr\"om black hole, collected in finite entangling regions, is affected by the value of its electric charge. We show that the entropy saturates at lower values with increasing charge, and in the near-extremal case the time to reach a constant value significantly increases. We also demonstrate that, starting with some sufficiently large sizes of finite regions, it is always possible to choose such a charge value that there is no information paradox formulated for finite entangling regions. For the sake of completeness, we explore how entanglement islands influence the described picture. We find that at small values of the electric charge, there is a discontinuity in the entropy due to the disappearance of the island, and with increasing charge the island ceases to ever dominate throughout entire evolution.
