The morphology of totally inorganic metal halide perovskites has a certain influence on their optoelectronic properties. In this study, one-dimensional CsPbBr 3 nanorods (NRs) and nanowires (NWs) were arranged utilizing a boiling injection strategy. By controlling the processing time, NRs with a length of roughly 63 nm and NWs with a length of 300 nm were obtained, and it was found that the nanowires were grown from the nanorods. Temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) measurements were conducted on CsPbBr 3 NRs and NWs, and NRs exhibit a more stable excitonic state at high temperatures (>240 K). This study provides a method to change the morphology of one-dimensional metal halide perovskite nanomaterials without doping, further promoting the application of one-dimensional all-inorganic perovskite materials in the field of optoelectronics.
