With the rapid development of emerging energy technologies, the percentage of clean energy in the power system has increased. However, the uncertainty surrounding the output of new energy sources contributes to the need for further analysis and evaluation, and its grid supply point will bring challenges to the network frequency. This paper studies this issue. First, different frequency response models are established. Secondly, it proposes a frequency response fuzzy control strategy to the frequency response capability of new energy power stations for the generation control of the collaborative wind energy and energy storage system. Meanwhile, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal configuration of energy storage capacity. The actual case is analyzed to verify that the AGC strategy is effective.
