Experimental study reveals improved practice efficiency in teenagers through self-regulated learning strategies.
This study aims to explore the role of Self-regulated Learning in improving teenagers' piano practice efficiency and put forward relevant strategies. By selecting 120 teenagers with a certain piano learning foundation, they were divided into experimental group and control group for the experiment. The experimental group received a 16-week Self-regulated Learning training, while the control group received routine teaching. The results show that the Self-regulated Learning ability and practicing efficiency of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group, which proves that this learning mode can effectively improve the practicing efficiency of teenagers. At the same time, the strategies to improve teenagers' Self-regulated Learning ability are put forward, including teachers' using teaching methods to cultivate students' ability, parents' creating an environment to encourage independent piano practice and cultivate habits, and teenagers' mastering self-management methods and actively reflecting and summarizing. This study provides empirical basis and practical guidance for introducing Self-regulated Learning mode into piano education.
