Assessing the level of need for intervention due to climate change disasters is an initial and important step in the disaster risk management process so that the programs that will be implemented are accurate and on target. In anticipating disasters that may occur and minimizing the impact of climate disasters, it is necessary to assess which locations require intervention due to climate change disasters. This research aims to assess priority locations that require intervention and disaster management due to climate change in East Teluk Betung Sub-district, Bandar Lampung City. Qualitative descriptive methods were used with spatial analysis and literature studies. Potential hazards, regional vulnerability, and disaster risk data were analyzed spatially using the ArcGIS application to obtain the distribution and extent of intervention locations. It was found that all urban villages had intervention locations due to change disasters with a super-priority level for drought disasters and non-priority for extreme waves and abrasion. The results of the literacy study show that disaster management and disaster risk reduction in East Teluk Betung Sub-district have carried out mitigation and preparedness efforts, but have not included recovery efforts in the spatial planning documents.
