This study examines the role of entrepreneurial finance in driving startup growth and innovation. Through a comprehensive literature review, it investigates various forms of entrepreneurial finance, their implications, challenges, and opportunities. The research design entails qualitative analysis through semi-structured interviews with stakeholders and quantitative analysis using survey data. Findings reveal the critical importance of access to capital for startups, with venture capital and other external funding sources positively correlating with innovation outcomes. The discussion emphasizes the need for targeted policy interventions, collaborative efforts between public and private sectors, and initiatives promoting diversity in entrepreneurial finance. The implications suggest that policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs can leverage these insights to foster a conducive environment for entrepreneurship and innovation, thereby promoting inclusive economic growth and societal welfare.
