The title of this thesis is “Legal Issues Related to the Management of Apartment Housing”. There are many people who prefer to live in condominiums not only because of the efficient use of the land but also because of the convenience. In this thesis, I reviewed several legal issues that may arise in relation to the management of apartment housing. There is a view that the council of apartment occupant’s representative is the management subject of apartment housing However, the council of apartment occupant’s representative corresponds to the management decision organization and does not correspond to the management executive organization. Therefore the council of apartment occupant’s representative is not a management subject. The management fee of the apartment should be paid to the housing management company, but it is not illegal to pay it to the resident representative meeting in addition. However, it is also necessary to review the revision of the relevant regulations so that the management fee is paid to the account of the housing management company.
