We report an exceptional case of a 43-year-old male presenting with acute angle closure glaucoma, severe proptosis, and orbital compartment syndrome secondary to haemorrhagic ocular complications of severe dengue fever.Despite intensive management, the patient rapidly progressed to corneoscleral melt, autoexpulsion of the crystalline lens, and ultimately required evisceration. This rare presentation highlights the potential for dengue to cause vision-threatening manifestations and emphasizes the importance of early recognition and prompt intervention to prevent irreversible vision loss.Increased awareness of ocular signs in systemic infections prone to orbital haemorrhage and thrombocytopenia is crucial for timely management of these catastrophic events.
