Due to their high programmability and versatility, DNA circuits have been widely used for molecular information processing at the nanoscale. The biocompatibility of DNA circuits allows them to integrate with other biological macromolecules, such as proteins and RNA, enabling biological signal regulation, drug delivery, and even disease diagnosis. The great potential of DNA circuits in molecular information processing has attracted widespread attention and intensive study. In this paper, we construct a three-level DNA cascading circuit based on combinatorial strand displacement to synergistically control the transmission of DNA signals. This strategy for DNA circuits provides a feasible idea for constructing more complex biological signal regulation systems, which is helpful for the development of biological detection, disease diagnosis, and drug delivery.
