Laminated timoshenko beams with variable-exponent nonlinearities

In this paper we consider laminated Timoshenko beams subject to the effect of nonlinear frictional dampings with variable exponents and time-dependent coefficients. We use the multipliers method to establish explicit energy decay formulae without imposing any conditions on the physical parameters of the system. Our results extend and improve earlier related results in the literature.
