which is located in Komp. Sinar Buduran Industri and Warehousing 2, Blok C No.1-7, Jl Lingkar Timur-Buduran, Sidoarjo. With a population of 178 employees and 83 permanent employees used as samples. This research method uses quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Total Sampling Technique. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The data processing technique uses Smart PLS 4.0. Hypothesis testing uses the path direct effect test, indirect effect test. The results of this research show that the Knowledge Sharing variable, organizational culture, has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but Knowledge Sharing has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The Knowledge Sharing variable on employee performance through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect and the organizational culture variable on employee performance through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.
